I’ve never seen a basketball player get angry over a non basketball player buying Jordan’s. And I’ve never seen a runner get angry over a non runner buying air max’s. Some of the Yeezy models are blatantly ugly and would be literal clown shoes without the hype (Air Yeezy V1 and V2, 750s, knit runners, 450s, etc.). Some of them are mid and would be worn by some but not many without the hype (foam runners, 350 V1, Yeezy slides, QNTM, 700s, etc.). But some of them are genuinely great and would probably be more as less as popular as they are now without the hype (350 V2, 380, 500s, etc.)
